This is where it all started. I had a small massage studio and was doing personal training at private homes and other venues. I grew a following and I love the people here they are my extended family. I have had so much support and love from clients and everyone has been welcoming. I live in Sharon with my 4 kids and husband so I have a huge sense of community here. I also met my head chef Karen here when she came to me for personal training and we are an amazing team.
Do you have any children’s or other specialty programs?
I do! Right now I teach the Soar program with Salisbury school kids. We do spinning, drumming, light weight training, stretching anything I can think of to keep them entertained. We will be expanding to more kids classes as the year goes on including a tumbling class for younger kids.
What is your advice to people who regularly think that they should get exercising but haven’t yet made the plunge to begin?
Come in and talk to me! I am happy to demystify exercise and find out what kind of a program makes sense for their current lifestyle and give them goals they can stick with! Exercise should be a part of a balanced life and we all need more balance.
